    Fantastic location. If it hadn't been for housekeeper, super good attitude, the grade would have been worse. The waitress, in charge of the wonderful dry cleaning.

    Very bad service from the reception agent who checked in, at no time did he welcome, nor complete information, he had a very bad attitude as if he was doing us a favor when it is part of his job, if he is not happy that he is looking for another job, we, the hotel guests, do not have to feel that we are not welcome, being the first deal with the hotel it is a frustrating face that someone checks in in a bad way. He didn't give credit information for the convenience store and breakfast we had, we found out from the other colleagues who were explained, he didn't take into account that it was my 4th stay at the hotel, there were many other offers, etc. very bad experience.

    Everything, the very modern rooms with a good view.

    The staff is terrible at handling inconvenience. We changed from a king-sized bed to a two-seater room and were told it was free. I went to see him and came down to return the keys to the deluxe king room to stay with my family in the twin room. When I went downstairs no one told me about any procedure, I informed them that we would keep the double bed and I was returning the keys to the king. At 11pm they called saying that they did not know which one we would take when we had already returned the keys to the deluxe king bed. When we checked out we were told that we had to pay an extra $30 for the double room and that we had been informed beforehand. This never happened but we were told it was free of charge. A staff girl said to come down and hand over the keys after the 11pm call which is absolutely FALSE. I finally got my full deposit back without charging the $30 but I am totally dissatisfied with the terrible staff who answer with lies and provide misinformation by making unmentioned charges.

    The staff that attends to you at check in super attentive, I arrived 8 in the morning and my entrance to the hotel was at 4 in the afternoon and they assigned me a room at once so that I could rest at ease. Then the staff of attention to the public to orientate on walks and attractions in the city, also super attentive and ready to solve. I loved that there was always someone who spoke Spanish and you could understand very well. Then the location, next to the great central station and 2 blocks from Time Square and 5th Avenue .

    smell of the sheets, feather pillows, very old, feather blanket, if you shake them too much, it will ruin the feathers and cause allergies. person who made the rooms, did not put new soaps and shampoo every day, every 2 or 3 days and we were 2 people who consumed this quickly.

    b In general: /b Although a great location, the room was a wreck. It was hot, smoke alarm missing, stopped up toilet and bath tub. The place is run down. Finally, staff assisted a day later to address the ac. Evidently the filter hadn’t been changed in years. The dust on it was thick and black. It fell everywhere. When I informed the front desk, I was scolded.     Poor service. Lots of queing. Not even a bottle of water on the room. Scruffy and dirty rooms. Breakfast not included. Kind of narketshop where you have to buy drinks and food at minibarprices and queues. No value for money.

    Check-in was speedy and helpful. Employees very friendly. Location of the hotel is superb. I've always loved the Hyatt, because you can actually open your window and hear the sound of the city. Love the new place to get a snack or water in the lobby.
